TIPSY TUESDAY – M&M Energy Balls | Staz Fitness


We saw this video on Instagram and were really happy to see how quick and easy this recipe is! Ok, ok, we also loved the fact that they has M&Ms in them too.. Going to the movie theatre- M&Ms sprinkled on top of popcorn is a staple – so why not find a healthier way to get your chocolate fix during the week!

You can pop these into your lunch and snack on them while on-the-go or while you are sitting in the office needing a pick-me-up! Perfect for a quick pre-workout snack too!

.▪️ 200g Oats
.▪️ 136g Natural Peanut Butter
.▪️ 100g Honey
.▪️ 60g Diesel French Vanilla Protein Powder
.▪️ 1/2 tbsp Vanilla Extract
.▪️ Lots of Cinnamon
.▪️ 62g Mini M&M’s
Mix all ingredients in a large bowl. I melt the peanut butter in the microwave for a minute before I add to the mixture as it mixes better that way! If mixture is too dry, add a tiny bit of water so you can roll the mixture into Balls.
Makes approximately 20 servings!
Keeps for about 1 week (if they last that long!) in an airtight container in the fridge.
