The Pivot Session initiative is a private and intimate peer led support group for small business owners across Alberta. Powered by Business Link & YEG BOSS BABES, small business owners are navigating unprecedented times and an economic recession. There is no better time than now to lean on your peers and pivot together. Learn from other small business owners, create connections and stay motivated with the support of your Pivot Session group.

How It Works:

- Each session has a maximum of 8 attendees who will attend 1 session per week for 4 weeks via zoom. Attendance at each is mandatory in order to participate. Participants pay a one time commitment fee to participate in all 4 sessions.

- Sessions will be moderated by a team member from YEG BOSS BABES. Topics to tackle will be proposed by and decided on after the first session by the group and moderator.

- Resources for small business owners powered by Business Link will be highlighted and the topic of "if, why, and what to pivot" will be discussed within the first two sessions.

- Attendees will have access to a private Facebook Group linking all three sessions (Monday, Wednesday and Friday groups) together. The Facebook Group will be an additional communication tool for attendees to use outside of the sessions.

Who Can Participate:

- The Pivot Session initiative is created for small business owners and contractors located across Alberta.

- Participants must be able to attend all 4 sessions. Monday's Group, Wednesday's Group OR Friday's Group.
